Next, you can find some of the more common processes, all of them signed on the web page and started with the delivery of a registered email. Different combinations and possibilities are available.
Web hand drawn signature
The client receives the contract by email. The email has a link to the signature web page.
On the webpage, the user signs the document handwriting his signature either from a mobile, a tablet, a touch screen, a mouse or any other input device.
Signature via web with OTP validation
The client receives a Registered email and a Registered SMS. The Registered email includes the contract and a link to a web page; the SMS with One Time Password (OTP).
In the webpage the user signs the document entering the OTP.
Signature via web with OTP validation and ID delivery
The client receives a Registered email and a Registered SMS. The registered email includes the contract and a link to a web page; the SMS with One Time Password (OTP).
In the web page, the user either uploads an image of the ID or takes a photo of the identification document with the webcam or the mobile. ID and its data are validated, and if they are correct, the user can sign the document by typing the OTP.
Signature via web with a phone call to validate the OTP
The client receives the contract through registered email. The email has a link to the signature web page.
In the web page, the user clicks the button to receive a phone call providing the OTP and thus signing the contract.
