Madrid, 30 December.- The technology services company (BME: LLN; EURONEXT: ALLN) has been awarded the Andorra Telecom phone tender to manage all its remote new user registrations.

The service, known as On boarding digital or eKYC (Know Your Customer Service) will allow Andorra Telecom to use the technology of the Spanish company for its digital and face-to-face registration processes, as well as the digitization of Andorra Telecom's visiting staff.

The contract shall be for a period of five years subject to annual review. eKYC service is an in-house video conference identification platform that meets anti-money laundering rules.

The service is provided either  assisted by a live agent or unassisted and can analyse any official id documentation issued worldwide. 

Similarly, the technology, developed by the company's R&D department, has the ability to incorporate new biometric identification and documentation technologies as the technology continues to evolve.
