O in New York

Madrid, 11 September.- Lleida.net General Shareholders' Meeting will meet online, next Monday, to discuss and, where appropriate, to approve the company's listing on the OTC Markets Group in New York.

On July 31, the Board of Directors of the listed company approved to request its shareholders authorization to go public in New York.

If the listing is approved, the Lleida.net shares would be marketed in the OTCQX segment of the OTC, which brings together nearly 500 international companies and capitalizes 1.4 trillion dollars.

Lleida.net, which has established itself in 2020 as the main provider of services for digital signature and contracting processes and registered electronic notification, plans to start marketing the United States market next year.

The company already has an international portfolio of over 185 patents, granted by the intellectual property authorities of the United States, the European Union, China, Russia, India, Mexico, Japan, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, South Africa, Nigeria, Australia or New Zealand.
