easury stock management programme.

Madrid, 6 July - The listed technology services company (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) has engaged the Andorran entity ANDBANK as the manager of its treasury stock programme.

On 7 June, the General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to the implementation of a new treasury stock plan, which has an initial allocation of half a million euros.

This amount, which at market close last Friday, amounted to around 89,200 shares.

The acquisition of shares will be maintained until the allocation of funds is depleted.
