ions in 2021, up +532 % compared to 2018

Madrid, 12 January - Technological services company (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTC:LLEIF) sent 42.2 million electronic communications, or SaaS units, on behalf of its clients in 2021, in the best year of production data in the company's history.

This figure - the best production results in the company's history - accounts for a 532 per cent increase in the use of its services since 2018.

SaaS units are used to define all contracts, notifications, emails and Registered SMS that's clients use to communicate reliably with their customers.

The figure shows the massive increase in's use of its services since it was listed on Euronext Growth.  

In FY2021, the production of all its business lines grew, and the Q4 was the largest in the 27-year history of the company, according to data communicated to the market today by the company.

In 2021, the Click & Sign service usage, used for signing documents and contracts, soared.

The number of signature submissions amounted to 4.32 million over the period, nearly twice that of 2021 when it recorded 2.36 million and 30-fold more than in 2018, where 165,664 contracts were submitted for eSignature.

During the last quarter of the year, the service was used 1.32 million times, consolidating's solution as the industry leader.

Most traffic comes from telco and insurance contracts in Europe, consumer finance in Latin America, Spain and Eastern Europe, loan services by fintech in Latin America and healthcare contracts in Latin America.

"The data released today shows that our technology has reached very high levels of usage, and above all, that we are experiencing strong growth year on year," explained Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.

Likewise, the number of emails sent also reached 4.82 million, up from 3.9 million in 2020.

The figures revealed that after the explosion in the use of the technology by the Spanish listed company in 2020, as the consumption habits of companies and users changed, the number of e-mails sent was 4.82 million, up from 3.9 million in 2020.

In the last year, SMS sending has dropped from 8.8 million in 2020 to 7.97 million in 2021, a figure that is still far higher and almost triples that recorded in the pre-pandemic years.

However, SMS usage data grows on business lines such as SMS Contract.

Since 2018, the SMS contract, used by telecommunications, insurance and financial companies in business closing processes, has been growing steadily.

In 2021, sent 4.84 million SMS contracts to its customers, nearly a fivefold increase on the figure recorded three years ago.

Q4 2021 was the best period ever recorded in the history of the service. During this quarter, 1.194 billion SMS were sent in contract processes.

Some growth in Registered SMS has been diverted to the Openum service, allowing more content to be communicated and use SMS.

Thus, in 2021, the company's Openum service recorded the best figures since its inception, with 3.21 million messages sent through's platform.

This amount is more than 54 times the 59,000 messages sent through Openum in 2018.

Likewise, the production of Registered SMS has decreased slightly over the last 12 months, reflecting the current economic recovery experienced by the economy., which is listed in Paris, Madrid and New York, has one of the largest intellectual property portfolios in the sector internationally.

Its technology is registered in more than 60 countries and awarded more than 205 patents.

Its IP portfolio is one of the largest in the global signature, notification and registered electronic contracting industry.
