The car rental company Alphabet Spain, belonging to BMW group, to use Lleida.net digital signature services
Madrid, 29 May.- The car rental and fleet management company Alphabet Spain Fleet Management has contracted Lleida.net (BME: LLN; EURONEXT: ALLN) for its registered electronic contracting services.
The agreement shall be for an initial period of 12 months and it is open for renewal by mutual agreement.
Alphabet España, belonging to BMW group is a specialized company in multi brand leasing services, fleet management and corporate mobility, for businesses, professionals, and public institutions.
In Spain, it manages a fleet that exceeds 55,000 vehicles Alphabet offers services in 30 countries, has 2,800 employees, and operates a fleet of over 700,000 vehicles.
This is the second contract for registered electronic contracting and notification services that Lleida.net has signed during May 2020 with companies in the car rental sector.
And on May 4, the technology company, with offices in 19 countries, announced the signing of a similar agreement with ALD Automotive, which belongs Société Générale, operates in 43 countries and has 1.76 million vehicles.

Lleida.net is one of the main European players in the eSignature market, or digital signature.
In addition to having increased the value of its shares by more than 150 percent so far this year, it was the first Spanish company to receive EIDAS approval for qualified service for certified electronic delivery .
The demand for its services has been multiplied significantly in recent months as a result of current lockdown measures.
The current situation caused by the coronavirus makes it difficult to use classic delivery methods, signing notifications and contracts, as they cannot be delivered or signed in person.
Traditional methods are gradually being replaced by electronic notification procedures such as those developed and patented by Lleida.net.
The company founded 25 years ago, has more than 130 patents worldwide: the European Union, the United States, Australia, Japan, China, and the Middle East.
Currently, over 70 countries recognize the legal validity of electronic methods to certify legal notifications in contracting processes.
Lleida.net is dual listed in Madrid Alternative Stock Market (MAB), and in the Growth segment of Euronext. At the close of yesterday's session, their shares were trading at 2.70 euros per share, 170% more than on January 1 of this year.
