Lleida.net enters into a contract with UNIPAGO to double the amount of its turnover in the Dominican Republic

Madrid, 2 August - Spanish listed company Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) has agreed on a new contract with UNIPAGO,the technological platform that processes all Dominican Social Security System operations.

Through this new contract, the company expects to double within one year the turnover figures of Lleida.net Dominicana SRL, its subsidiary in the Dominican Republic.

Created in 2002, Unipago's shareholders are Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones (AFP) and thirteen Administradoras de Riesgos de Salud (ARS).

The company will, from now on, use Lleida.net's notification services and Click & Sign platform to sign contracts with customers and providers.

Lleida.net announced its results for the first half of 2021 two weeks ago, increasing its profit before tax by 91 per cent compared to the same period last year.

During the first half of the year, the company recorded a profit before tax of 662,000 euros, compared to 346,000 euros in the first half of 2020.
As of 30 June, the company's cumulative turnover already exceeds EUR 8.3 million.

Its SaaS line is growing the most, especially after strengthening its international operations further and significantly enlarging its IT team.

A leading European player in the registered electronic contracting, electronic signatures and notification industries, the company has 205 patents granted by over 60 countries. Its intellectual property portfolio, key to understanding the company's growth in the stock market, is one of the soundest in the global industry.

In the Dominican Republic, it holds a patent for its method for registering and certifying the receipt of electronic mail, which was granted at the beginning of this year by the National Office of Industrial Property of the Dominican Republic (ONAPI).

Lleida.net is listed on three stock exchanges: BME Growth in Madrid, Euronext Growth in Paris and OTCQX Best Market in New York.
