Lleida.net SaaS line sales grew in 62% during the third quarter of 2020
Lleida.net registers accumulated sales of 11.73 million euros, or 24% more than what it had sold in the first nine months of 2019.
The accumulated EBITDA during the year is 1.9 million euros, or 32 percent more than during the same period of the previous year
Madrid 16 October .- Lleida.net (BME:LLN;EPA:ALLLN) increased by 62% the sales of its main business line, that of Software as a Service, in the third quarter of 2020, as a consequence of the needs created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sales of that line, which includes the company's certified electronic notification and procurement services, grew exponentially to 1.4 million in the third quarter.
The change in user behaviour habits during the health emergency has reinforced the demand for Lleida.net services and has helped to revalue its shares up to 900% during this year.
"Lleida.net has been able to become a critical partner for many companies, small and big, during this complicated year. The business continuity of many of them in this low contact economy is going to depend on having a good eSignature and electronic notification provider, and we want to be that provider", said Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.
In the third quarter of 2020, the company signed important international contracts that will allow the company to consolidate the SaaS line in a relevant way.
Among them are the one signed with the Portuguese giant NOS for the commercialization of the Spanish company's services in the country of Luso, as well as agreements with Randstad Portugal, the Peruvian Market Superintendence, the renewal of the contract with the Colombian postal company 4-72 or the agreements signed with Indra and SegurCaixa Adeslas.
SALES INCREASE OF 24% IN 2020
During the year, sales have grown to 11.73 million euros, or 24% more than in the first nine months of 2019.
Since the beginning of the lockdown, the company has detected a significant increase in the consumption of reclamation products and standard products and the maintenance of the SMS line.
As a trend, the company has also identified a reduction in holiday SMS traffic (air tickets, car rentals, cabs, holiday home rentals) but has seen an increase in SMS traffic linked to work and health communications.
ACCUMULATED EBITDA OF ALMOST TWO MILLION EUROS
Up to 30 September 2020, the accumulated EBITDA is 1.9 million euros, or 32 per cent more than during the same period of the previous year.
Similarly, to date, the accumulated pre-tax result for the year is positive by 839,000 thousand euros or 23% more than the same period last year.
The company's gross margin accumulated in 2020 amounted to 5.8 million euros or 18 percent more than that recorded up to the third quarter of 2019.
FURTHER REDUCTION OF FINANCIAL DEBT
One more quarter, the Financial Debt has been significantly reduced.
The company already has an excess of available debt over total debt which exceeds 1.39 million euros.
The company also has 4.7 Million Euros of cash on hand, as a result of the cash generated by the company's own activity, and the sale of treasury stock by the liquidity provider.
