A 100% remote customer experience

Access Finance integrated the Click & Sign electronic signature solution directly into its onboarding workflow, enabling a fully digital, end to end customer experience.

Customers begin the onboarding process by completing an online application either via the AXI Card website or through affiliate channels. All stages of identity verification, consent acceptance and electronic contract signing are then completed digitally, within a secure environment, using Click & Sign. Once the process is complete, customers can download the AXI Card app, where their card is already active and can be managed easily and intuitively.

Lleida.net issues Documentary evidence that guarantees full traceability of the entire process, with legal validity at both national and European level. This evidence serves as robust, legally binding proof that the contract was signed, that the customer received the documentation and that it was made available on a durable medium, fully meeting the highest standards of transparency and regulatory compliance.
