We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our online strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and coordinate the company’s digital and promotional presence.
Duties and responsabilities
The main mission of this position is to lead digital marketing and communication strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning and driving online sales. The primary responsibility will be to coordinate marketing actions, website maintenance, social media management, and online campaigns while maintaining visual identity consistency and optimizing internal processes.
Lead the company’s digital marketing and communication strategy.
Manage the Marketing Department — a multidisciplinary team of eight people.
Supervise website maintenance, content updates, and usability improvements.
Coordinate traffic flow, online registrations, and billing processes, ensuring digital efficiency.
Plan and manage participation in industry fairs and events.
Design, execute, and monitor online sales campaigns.
Manage corporate social media accounts, creating content and analyzing performance.
Develop graphic materials and visual assets aligned with brand identity.
Administer the corporate SharePoint, ensuring up-to-date technical documentation.
Collaborate on market research and competitor analysis (to be developed internally in the future).
Technical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum English level: B2.
Proficiency with online marketing tools, web analytics, and social media management.
Previous experience leading marketing departments or projects.
Desired requirements
Experience in the technology sector or B2B digital environments.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and graphic design.
Familiarity with SharePoint and online document management.
Experience organizing corporate fairs or events.
