This document (together with any documents expressly incorporated herein by reference) constitutes the terms and conditions governing the use of this website (www.lleida.net) and the purchase or acquisition of services through it (the “Terms of Sale”).
For the purposes of these Terms, the activities carried out by Lleida.net through the Website shall include:
- Electronic notification services
- Electronic contracting services
- Unregistered communications services
- Data validation services
Details of the services are available in the Annex to these General Terms of Sale.
In addition to reading these Terms of Sale, prior to accessing, browsing and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice and the General Terms and Conditions, including the Cookie Policy and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy of Lleida.net. By using this website or placing a request to acquire any product or service through it, the User shall be deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these Terms and all the aforementioned policies. If the User does not agree to these Terms in their entirety, they must refrain from using this website.
Furthermore, these Terms may be amended from time to time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing these Terms each time they access, browse and/or use the website, as the Terms in force at the time of the purchase of services shall apply.
Users may contact the Owner with any queries relating to these Terms using the contact details provided above or, where applicable, via the contact form.
2. THE USER
Access to, browsing of and use of the website shall imply acceptance by the User of these Terms, including any amendments thereto.By accessing the website, the individual acquires the status of user (hereinafter, individually referred to as the “User” or collectively as the “Users”) and undertakes to comply with all provisions set out herein, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory legal provisions that may be applicable.
The User shall be responsible for the proper use of the Website. Such responsibility shall include:
- Using this website solely for legitimate inquiries and valid purchases or acquisitions.
- Refraining from making any false or fraudulent purchases. Acknowledging that, in the event of any inaccurate or fraudulent purchase, such transaction may be cancelled and the relevant authorities may be informed.
- Providing accurate, truthful and lawful contact details, including, without limitation, an email address, postal address and/or any other information required.
Declaring that the User is at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts through this website.
The User may enter into a contract with Lleida.net for the purchase of the services offered in any of the languages made available on this website.
3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS
Duly registered Users may make purchases on the Website by following the standard online procedures and mechanisms made available. Users shall follow the online purchase and/or acquisition process of www.lleida.net, during which one or more services may be selected and added to the cart, basket or final purchase interface and, subsequently, by clicking on “Buy”.
The User shall complete and/or verify the information requested at each stage of the process. Notwithstanding the foregoing, prior to completing payment, the User may amend the details of the purchase.
Upon completion of the process, the User shall receive an email confirming that Lleida.net has received the order or purchase request (order confirmation).
Through the Website, the User acquires credits, which shall constitute the unit of value used for accessing and using the services. You may consult the credit equivalence of the services here.
Credits purchased shall not be subject to any expiry date.
Upon completion of the purchase process, the User consents to the issuance of an electronic invoice (in PDF format), which shall be sent to the email address provided. Additionally, the User may request a hard copy of the invoice from Lleida.net by contacting it using the contact details provided on the Website.
The User acknowledges that, at the time of purchase, they are aware of and accept the specific sales conditions applicable to the relevant product or service, as displayed alongside its description or image on the corresponding page of the Website. Completion of the purchase or acquisition order shall constitute full acceptance of such specific sales conditions.
The Communications, purchase orders and payments carried out through the Website may be recorded and retained in Lleida.net’s electronic systems as evidence of the transactions, in compliance with applicable security standards and current legislation, including, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as the rights afforded to Users under the Website’s Privacy Policy..
4. Availability
All purchase orders received by Lleida.net through the Website shall be subject to service availability and shall not be fulfilled in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (as defined in Clause Nine of these Terms). Where the provision of a service becomes impossible, Lleida.net shall inform the User accordingly and shall reimburse any amounts paid.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Website for credits shall be final prices and shall include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise required by law, including, where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT).
The currency applicable to purchases shall be Euro (EUR). Where the User is located in the United States at the time of purchase, the applicable currency shall be United States Dollars (USD), and in the case of Colombia, Colombian Pesos (COP). The User’s location shall be determined based on the IP address used to access the Website.
No additional charges shall be applied automatically to the price of any product or service. Only those costs expressly selected and accepted by the User shall be added.
Prices may be amended at any time; however, such amendments shall not affect any orders or purchases in respect of which an order confirmation has already been issued.
Where the purchase is made from a country other than Colombia or Peru, the payment method shall be processed via the Redsys service.
Where the purchase is made from Colombia or Peru, the payment gateway used shall be Openpay. You may consult the Openpay Colombia terms and conditions at the following link and the Openpay Peru terms and conditions at the following link. This Ecommerce platform does not capture, store or transmit transactional data. For such purposes, Lleida.net relies on Openpay services, a certified payment platform that ensures the security of all transactions through encryption software, validation procedures and robust bank-level data protection measures (PCI Level 1 certification). Accordingly, payments made through this Website are secure. Where payment is made via PSE, the Openpay payment gateway connects the User directly with their bank through ACH. By using this channel, the User relies on their bank’s own security procedures, including validation of primary and, where applicable, secondary credentials.
For international transactions, the accepted payment method shall be by credit card.
In Colombia, purchases may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club), Crédito Fácil Codensa (Mastercard), debit cards issued by banks affiliated with ACH Colombia (including BBVA, Bancolombia, Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, AV Villas, Popular, Colmena, Helm, Caja Social, Banco de Occidente, Sudameris, Procredit, Citi Bank, Colpatria, HSBC, Skandia, Santander and Scotiabank), as well as in cash via Efecty and Punto Red.
The accepted payment method shall be by credit card.
By clicking “Buy”, the User represents and warrants that they are duly authorised to use the selected payment method.
Lleida.net shall take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions carried out through the Website. The Website uses a secure payment system based on SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Credit card payments shall be subject to verification and authorisation by the issuing bank. If such authorisation is not obtained, Lleida.net shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery and shall not proceed with the contract with the User.
Upon receipt of the User’s purchase order through the Website, Lleida.net shall carry out a pre-authorisation on the relevant card to verify that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. The corresponding charge shall be made once confirmation of delivery and/or confirmation of the provision of the service has been issued to the User, in accordance with the applicable timeframes.
In accordance with Law 37/1992 of 28 December on Value Added Tax (VAT), transactions shall be deemed to take place within the Spanish VAT territory where the delivery address is located within mainland Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate shall be determined in accordance with the legislation in force and shall depend on the nature of the relevant service.
Purchases made by Users in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla shall be exempt from VAT in accordance with Law 37/1992 and Directive 2006/112/EC. However, any applicable taxes and duties in force in such territories shall remain payable.
In accordance with Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112/EC, purchase orders shall be deemed to take place in the Member State of the European Union in which the address specified in the order is located. Accordingly, the VAT rate applicable shall be that in force in such Member State.
For all other territories, the applicable legislation in force in the relevant jurisdiction shall apply.
6. ACTIVATION OF THE SERVICE
Given the nature of the services, no physical delivery shall take place. The services shall instead be made available through user activation.
Once the User has been activated, the corresponding credentials shall be provided to the email address supplied during the registration process.
Such credentials shall enable access to the relevant platforms for the use of the services.
Likewise, access is provided to the APIs of the services available at https://api.lleida.net.
Service activation shall take place once Lleida.net has received full payment of all amounts due in connection with the purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lleida.net may grant additional free credits alongside those purchased at the time of service activation.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
If the User identifies any errors in the data entered during the purchase process on the Website, they may correct such data by contacting Lleida.net through the contact channels provided. Alternatively, the User may contact customer support using the details set out in Clause One (General Information).
Users are encouraged to consult the Legal Notice, the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for further information on how to exercise their right of rectification in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.
8. RETURNS
Where Users purchase services on or through the Website, they shall be entitled to certain statutory rights, including:

Right of Withdrawal
The User acknowledges that they are aware of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal set out in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary legislation.
In this regard, the provision of services available through this Website shall be governed accordingly, as the aforementioned legislation establishes that the right of withdrawal shall not apply where the service has been fully performed or where performance has commenced, with the prior express consent of the consumer and User and their acknowledgement that, once Lleida.net has fully performed the contract, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
Where performance of the service has not commenced, the User shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 calendar days from the date on which the service is activated through the provision of the corresponding credentials. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Lleida.net of their decision. Such notification may be made by sending an email to [email protected].
Irrespective of the means used, the User must clearly and unequivocally state their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient for the communication expressing the decision to withdraw to be sent before the expiry of the relevant period.
In the event of withdrawal, Lleida.net shall reimburse the User for all payments received, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Lleida.net is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw.
Lleida.net shall carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, and the User shall not incur any additional costs as a result of such reimbursement. And it must do so without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date Lleida.net was informed of the withdrawal decision

Return of defective services
Where the User considers that, at the time of activation, the service does not conform to the provisions set out in these Conditions and Annex 1, the User shall notify Lleida.net without undue delay, providing details of the non-conformity (defect or error) using the same means or the contact details indicated in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).
The User shall then be informed of the procedure to be followed. The service shall be assessed based on the information provided, and the User shall be informed within a reasonable timeframe whether a refund is applicable.
Any refund or replacement shall be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which Lleida.net confirms by email that the service is non-compliant and that a refund or replacement is warranted.
The amount paid for services returned due to a defect, where such defect is duly confirmed, shall be reimbursed in full, including any costs incurred by the User in connection with such return. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial purchase.
In all cases, the rights granted to the User as a consumer under applicable legislation shall be fully respected.

Warranties
Lleida.net shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the User, its employees or any third party, except as provided under Law 22/1994 of 6 July on civil liability for damage caused by defective products and as set out in the section relating to Return of services.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Lleida.net limits its liability in the following cases:
- Lleida.net shall take all reasonable measures to ensure an accurate representation of the services on the Website; however, it shall not be liable for minor discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from screen resolution limitations, browser issues or similar technical factors.
- Lleida.net shall not be liable for any disruption to the normal operation of the service due to unforeseen events or technical failures affecting Internet functionality. Lleida.net shall not be liable where the Website is unavailable due to maintenance operations or for any other reason preventing access to the services. Lleida.net shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the proper functioning of the purchase and payment process; however, it shall not be liable for causes beyond its control, including unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure.
10. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
By using this Website, the User accepts that most communications with Lleida.net will be conducted electronically (by email or by notices published on the Website).
For contractual purposes, the User agrees to this means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information and other communications sent electronically by Lleida.net shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This provision shall not affect the User’s statutory rights.
The User may send notifications and/or communicate with Lleida.net using the contact details provided in these Terms and, where applicable, through the contact forms available on the Website.
Lleida.net may also contact and/or notify the User by email or at the postal address provided, unless otherwise specified.
11. WAIVER
No failure by Lleida.net to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, any right or remedy, nor any requirement by Lleida.net for strict performance by the User of any of its obligations, shall constitute a waiver of such right or remedy, nor of any other rights or remedies arising under a contract or these Conditions, nor shall it relieve the User from compliance with its obligations.
No waiver by Lleida.net of any of these Conditions or of any rights or remedies arising under a contract shall be effective unless expressly stated to be a waiver and communicated to the User in writing..
12. NULLITY
If any provision of these Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a final decision of a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected thereby.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Conditions, together with any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Lleida.net in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements, whether oral or in writing, between the parties.
The User and Lleida.net acknowledge that they have entered into this contract without reliance on any statement, representation or promise not expressly set out in these Conditions.
14. Data Protection
Any information or personal data provided by the User to Lleida.net in the course of a transaction on the Website shall be processed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy (as contained, where applicable, in the Legal Notice and the General Terms of Use). By accessing, browsing and/or using the Website, the User consents to the processing of such information and data and represents that all information or data provided is accurate and truthful.
15. Promotions
Lleida.net may periodically carry out promotional campaigns or actions aimed at its customers and registered users, which will be governed by these general conditions and by the specific terms indicated for each promotion. Promotions are not cumulative unless expressly stated otherwise. Lleida.net may modify or cancel any promotion at any time, after prior notice on its Website or in the client area.
“Refer a Friend” Promotion
Object
The “Refer a Friend” promotion allows Lleida.net customers to obtain benefits both for the person who generates the code ('Customer') and for the person who receives and uses it ('Beneficiary').
How it works
- Limited to registered Lleida.net Customers who use accounts from the providers @lleidanet, @co or @burofaxelectronico.
- Through the Lleida.net MyCloud module, the Customer can generate a personal promotional code.
- The Customer shares this code with a potential client, who will become the Beneficiary.
- The Beneficiary must enter the code when registering as a user or when making a purchase on the Lleida.net Website.
- Both will receive the benefits established by Lleida.net.
Benefits
The Customer will receive free credits if the Beneficiary makes a purchase equal to or greater than €99.99 (excluding VAT). These credits will be automatically added to the account from which the code was generated.
The Beneficiary will receive free credits on their first purchase equal to or greater than €99.99 (including VAT) made using the code.

Lleida.net reserves the right to modify the benefits at any time, after prior notice on its Website or in the client area.
Limitations
- The code is personal and non-transferable.
- Its sale, mass publication, or fraudulent use is not permitted.
- The number of valid referrals per Customer may be limited according to the conditions established by Lleida.net.
Validation and Control
Lleida.net reserves the right to verify the validity of code usage and to deny benefits in case abusive or fraudulent practices contrary to these conditions are detected.
Modification and Termination of the Program
Lleida.net may modify or cancel the “Refer a Friend” program and its associated benefits at any time, without entitling participants to any compensation.
Acceptance
Using the code implies full acceptance of these terms, which form part of Lleida.net’s General Contracting Conditions.
PLUS Promotional Campaign
Validity: From 26 March 2026 at 10:00 AM to 13 April 2026, both dates inclusive.
This promotional campaign (the “PLUS Campaign”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the application of discounts to the purchase of certain credit packages via the Lleida.net platform during the above period.
Purpose of the Campaign
The PLUS Campaign entitles eligible Users to benefit from promotional discounts applied to the standard price of selected credit packages.
The discount shall only apply where the User duly enters the promotional code “PLUS” during the purchase process.
For the purposes of this Campaign, the standard price shall mean the base price displayed at https://register.lleida.net/es prior to the application of any promotional or discounted pricing shown on the website.
Included credit packages and applicable discounts
During the validity of the PLUS Campaign, entry of the promotional code PLUS shall entitle the User to the following discount on the standard price:

Credits purchased under this Campaign shall be credited to the User’s account under the same conditions as standard credits, including, without limitation, non-expiry, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Requirements to benefit from the discount
To qualify for the discount,the User must satisfy all of the following conditions::
- Purchase one of the eligible packages within the Campaign period.
- Enter the promotional code PLUS in the designated field during the purchase process.
- Complete the payment using one of the accepted payment methods, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements, including failure to correctly enter the promotional code, shall result in the discount not being applied.
Eligible participants and exclusions
This promotion shall be available to:
- Newly registered users on the platform.
- Existing customers.
The following shall be excluded from the Promotion:
- Resellers and any customers subject to pre-existing bespoke pricing arrangements.
- Any User whose transaction, in Lleida.net’s reasonable opinion, gives rise to indications of fraud, abuse or misuse. In such cases, Lleida.net reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to it, to cancel the relevant purchase in accordance with the applicable contractual provisions.
Activation and availability
Upon confirmation of payment, Lleida.net shall activate the corresponding credits and allocate them to the User’s balance in accordance with the standard activation procedures set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
Limitations and additional conditions
- The discount shall apply exclusively to the standard price and shall not apply to any reduced or promotional price displayed on the registration page.
- This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional code.
- Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash or for any other services.
Modification and cancellation of the campaign
Lleida.net reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the PLUS Campaign at any time where reasonably justified, including, without limitation, in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, in accordance with the limitations of liability set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
Applicable law
This Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union legislation relating to the provision of electronic services, together with the General Terms and Conditions of Lleida.net.
Acceptance of the conditions
Use of the promotional code PLUS and the purchase of any of the eligible packages constitutes acceptance of these terms and of Lleida.net’s General Terms and Conditions in full.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Access, navigation and / or use of this Website and the contracts for the purchase of services through it will be governed by Spanish legislation.
Any controversy, problem or disagreement that arises or is related to the access, navigation and/or use of the Website, or with the interpretation and execution of these Conditions, or with the sales contracts between Lleida.net and the User, will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.
17. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
The User can send their complaints, claims or any other comment they wish to make to Lleida.net through the contact information provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information).
Besides, Lleida.net has official complaint forms available to consumers and users, which they can request from Lleida.net at any time, using the contact information provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information).
Likewise, suppose a dispute arises from the conclusion of this purchase contract between Lleida.net and the User. In that case, the User as a consumer may request an out-of-court solution of disputes, following Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC. ADDENDUM. Definition of services
A1. Electronic notification services
In order to charge the customer registered messages, an SMS message up to 612 characters (without use of UNICODE characters),or a registered email up to 20 MB attachments will be referred to as certified unit. Each segment of up to 612 characters or 5 MB, will count as one (1) certified unit.
The documentary evidence generated by the electronic Per notification services is kept for a period of 5 years, included in the applicable tariffs, and is also available on the corresponding web platforms for a period of 1 year.

Registered SMS
Lleida.net, as telecom operator and trust service provider makes available to the user its network to deliver a short data message addressed to a mobile phone number and then issues a digitally signed document is with a time stamp that certifies sender and receiver number, message content and time of delivery, as far as the interconnection network and the characteristics corresponding to the destination operator allow it. The service varies depending on the typology criteria for calculating charges please contact Customer Service.

Registered email
Lleida.net as trust service provider, receives, delivers and reroutes an email from a sender to one or more recipients, generating a documentary evidence digitally signed proving the sender email address, the recipient email addresses, message content and the delivery and delivery to the mailbox of the destination server. An annex with information related to the access to the content of the Registered email is attached. This annex is automatically generated upon downloading the inserted pixel within the registered email. It is important to note that Lleida.net cannot assume responsibility for the information obtained through the pixel download, as it is an action beyond its control. Any damages that may arise from such information are also not the responsibility of Lleida.net. This service is also available to send REGISTERED INVOICE. Registered Inbox
Lleida.net, as telecom operator and trust service provider, provides the client with an email inbox for testing incoming emails, issuing a digitally signed documentary evidence. This service is also provided by Lleida.net as telecom operator through SMS.

Openum
as telecom operator certifies whether an email message sent from the platform <='https://tools.lleida.net or <='https://admin.openum.eu has been opened or read. This is certified by an access event to an URL managed by Lleida.net where the PDF document/s is allocated.
A2. Electronic signature and contracting services
In order to count and charge the client the messages, an SMS message up to 612 characters (without use of UNICODE characters), or a Registered Email up to 20 MB attachments included, will be referred to as certified unit. For Registered email contract or SMS contract each message sent or each reply received will be considered as certified units.

Registered SMS Contract
Lleida.net, as telecom operator and trust service provider makes available to the user its network for delivering and receiving the reply of a short data message to a mobile phone number. Subsequently, Lleida.net issues a digitally signed document with a time stamp that proves the sender and receiver number, message content (both proposal and reply) and time of delivery, if at all possible.

Registered email contract
Lleida.net, as telecom operator and trust service provider receives, in an electronic mailbox created for the client, an email to reroute it and deliver it, with the attached files if any, to the incoming email. The receiver has the possibility to reply to it and attach files. Following the reply, a digitally signed proof document is generated, confirming the sender and recipient email addresses, the content of the message, its successful delivery to the recipient’s inbox, and any response where applicable. This includes any attachments exchanged during the process.

Connectaclick basic
Lleida.net, as trusted service provider, certifies a contracting process sent from the platform <='https://tools.lleida.net, including an email certification and the certification of an event at an URL managed by Lleida.net through which the proposal sent by email and its attachment in PDF is accepted by clicking a button to sign or to accept the document sent by email and its attachment in PDF format hosted in a URL managed by Lleida.net.
A3. Unregistered communications services

SMS
Lleida.net as telecom operator, provides a platform for sending SMS messages to mobile phones from all mobile operators, subject to the existing coverage at the time of the sending; either with numerical sender provided by LLEIDA.NET or with a customized alphanumerical sender (up to 11 characters). 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SMS (2FA)
Lleida.net as telecom operator, sends a text message with a One time password. This OTP should be entered in a landing page where a validation result is returned. A distinctive aspect of this process is that the sender of the SMS is unaware of the OTP, and Lleida.net does not have knowledge of its usage. Only the recipient of the SMS possesses the OTP. Service available via API integration available at https://api.lleida.net This service may be provided via REGISTERED SMS.

MMS
Lleida.net as telecom operator, provides a platform for sending MMS messages to mobile phones from all mobile operators, subject to the existing coverage at the time of the sending, either with numerical sender provided by LLEIDA.NET or customized alphanumerical sender (up to 11 characters). Users may request a delivery confirmation, available where supported by the mobile operators involved. Should you choose customized sender option (up to 11 characters) or a phone number other than the assigned to the user, it will not be possible to receive any reply. Not all mobile operators allow you to send MMS with customized sender, so they will not have guarantee of delivery. Service available in registered mode.

Phone number validation
Phone checker: Phone Checker service helps you to determine a set of information linked to a mobile phone using ENUM technology. Lleida.net will provide, depending on the contracted service, the following information:

Check network
Checks the operator the fixed/mobile number belongs to (response- time <50 milliseconds).

Check all
Checks the operator and mobile number status (exists or not and if active) .

Email checker
It checks the existence of an email address reporting the result to the client. Service available only through API.

eKYC
- OCR: Captures the front and back of the identification documents,and the data is returned through optical character recognition (OCR) technology. That is, it returns the fields that normally contain data.
- VALIDATION::Checks the validity of an id document through the analysis of the MRZ lines. By capturing the front and back of the document, the parameters of absence / presence of their security measures are validated, returning a report with the result of the analysis. That is, it returns the fields that are normally called TEST_XXX.
- FACE: The photograph taken in the on boarding process is compared with that of the document, returning a report with the result of the analysis. It also allows the comparison of two selfies (without the need of an ID ) although not all providers support this feature
- GRAPHICS: The clippings of the graphic elements obtained from the identity document are obtained. That is, the clippings of images obtained from the identity document, the signature, the fingerprint, the photo, etc.
- DOCUMENT: Service whereby through the capture of certain documents, such as invoices, returns the value of the following fields:
- CUPS: in bills from energy providers ( electricity, gas...)
- NIF: Código NIF
- CIF: Código CIF

eKYC Video
A distance identification procedure through video conference either with a live agent or stand alone, including the process of validation of documents
The service records the video conference and captures the front the back of the id document and the selfie via Web SDK solution. After the snapshot, identity validation parameters are obtained from the validation of the images, including facial biometrics. After the analysis, the system performs a validation of the parameters obtained, according to the business needs.
After the identification process the below documents are collected as documentary evidence:
- Snapshot of the front of the identity document taken during the video conference.
- Snapshot of the back of the identity document taken during the video conference.
- Photograph of the interested person taken during the video conference.
- Date and starting time of the session.
- Date and ending time of the session.
- Validation result (positive or negative)
- Geolocation of the person concerned according to the device used complete avoidance of (optional).
- Technical details of the validation.
- Video of the identification process.
The following parameters are validated:
- Presence / absence of security measures of identity documents used in the identification process. Defining business rules to the client demand and acceptance levels based on the parameters attained
- Correspondence of the photograph of the person concerned with the identity document used in the identification process based on the% of facial correspondence obtained.
The parameter validation process will be provided by the CLIENT, through a document incorporated to the evidence as an annex..
Once the recording is finished, the previous data and the video generated, are collected in an electronic document (certificate) issued by Lleida.net as digital witness by which all the events that occurred during the process of identification by video conference are certified including the start and end date of the video conference session, name and number of the identity document of the person concerned, the result of the ID validation, the hash of the videos generated and as attachments the data described in the previous paragraph.
Options
LLEIDA.NET offers the CLIENT different options of provision depending on the degree of automation of the video identification process:
- Unattended: The approval of the identification of the interested party is made automatically based on the parameters agreed between LLEIDA.NET and the CLIENT, and based on the parameters collected from the validation of the front, back and photograph of the identity document used in the identification process.
- Post approval:The approval of the identification of the interested party is done manually by the CLIENT through the Back Office or API at his disposal and after the video conference, having as support material the data collected in it and the results of service.
- Mixed: The approval of the identification is made automatically from the agreed parameters between LLEIDA.NET and the CLIENT. If these parameters are not met, approval passes to Post approval mode.
For integration, LLEIDA.NET will provide an SDK (Software Development Kit) that can be used by the CLIENT to adapt the solution to their flow and look & feel. This customization may be carried out by the end customer or by LLEIDA.NET according to the customer’s needs.
In the project definition phase, the parameters and values that are considered for the identification to be negative must be defined.
A5. Click & Sign
CLICK & SIGN is a process that combines several Lleida.net services for signing documents. The electronic signature process is initiated when the recipient opens the link sent via Registered SMS or Registered Email.
The elements used by the service are:
- CLICK&SIGN START:The Registered SMS or email starts the process with a link to a landing page.
- CLICK&SIGN OTP: the Registered SMS with the OTP.
- CLICK&SIGN BASE: The process signature elements on the landing page can be: acceptance button, OTP, handwritten button. It includes 3 SMS and 10 reminder emails sent by unregistered email.
- CLICK&SIGN REMINDER: Registered SMS or email to send as reminders to the signatory.
- CLICK&SIGN UPLOAD FILES: unregistered event to upload files. Up to 5 files of 4MB each are allowed. Accepted file types include .pdf, .jpg, and .png formats.
- CLICK&SIGN UPLOAD FILES: unregistered event to upload files. Up to 5 files of 4MB each are allowed. Accepted file types include .pdf, .jpg, and .png formats. Image files are stored compressed in the documentary evidence.
The process is configured by combining the previous elements, being able to parameterize various documents, signatories and levels of signatories.
The configuration should be done through API at https://api.clickandsign.eu. It allows several settings through the web platform at https://admin.clickandsign.eu.
At the end of the process a documentary evidence is issued with all the actions carried out for the signature of the document. The documentary evidence is stored by Lleida.net for 5 years being available on the platform for 1 year.
A6. Openum
Service that certifies whether an email message sent from the platform https://admin.openum.eu has been opened or read. Lleida.net certifies access to a URL it manages, where a PDF document is hosted. Service also available through API.
The elements used by the service are:
- OPENUM START: the SMS or Registered Email that starts the process includes a link to a URL where the document or documents to be notified are hosted. Mandatory.
- OPENUM BASE: Proves that the URL has been accessed. Mandatory.
- OPENUM REMINDER: Registered SMS or email to send as reminders to the signatory. Optional.
At the end of the process a documentary evidence is issued with all the actions carried out for the signature of the document. The documentary evidence is stored by Lleida.net for 5 years,being available on the platform for 1 year. In the event that the process expires, a documentary evidence document is issued.
